Google only shows the first 50-60 characters of your headline. Longer titles are fine, but be sure the key details are upfront!
Google only shows ~160 characters in the preview/description. Setting the meta description tells Google what to show in the preview, but sometime Google will chose its own snippet from the page based on the search and page content to better align with user’s search intent.
Literal titles are best. Cleverness is not helpful in web titles like it is in ads or brochures. Be clear and to-the-point about what the page contains.

Include keywords once. According to Google’s spam policies, overloading keywords can lead your page to rank your page lower in results, or not at all. It’s called keyword stuffing. Using the keyword prominently one time is enough.
